<B>Stout Women May Wear Draped Skirts. Well, I'm sure we're all glad to hear that. <p>But once again please do take a moment and look at the details. That buttoned tab on the front of skirt, the narrow pleats down from the waist and the bit of a train on our seated lady, that amazing little back drape on our third lady and the contrast collar, cuffs and hem on the 'Tunic Shirt'. How grand.
