To get back into the swing of things I thought I would create a haul video on my new makeup kit for my makeup course! I'm starting the course pretty soon and I was quite excited to pick up my kit. It has been pre packaged for the course with a few additional items that I wanted to add. The kit was supplied by Girlie Cosmetics and as I am a student I got it for wholesale price, which helped my pocket a lot! All of the products in the kit are of professional quality and in fact some are re packaged under different high end brand names. Makeup Haul

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Last friday I went on a lovely trip down to Balmain for a bit of shopping and lunch. The weather was great and i've was in the mood for a revamp on my makeup collection, so I headed towards the Mecca Cosmetica store and hung out there for a while, playing around with some of they're makeup. I've never used a product from this brand before, but so far I'm  finding they're bronzing powder working really well on my skin type. The powder has a matte finish so it gives a natural finish on the skin. I've noticed with this product that you don't need a lot of product when applying as the powder is quite pigmented, I'm definitely going to try out some more bare minerals products after the good experience I've had with they're bronzing powder. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-R0R6S3sVm-c/UmpK2appIZI/AAAAAAAAA1g/yJB0gUo3Om4/s1600/IMG_1485.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-R0R6S3sVm-c/UmpK2appIZI/AAAAAAAAA1g/yJB0gUo3Om4/s1600/IMG_1485.JPG" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">The stila palette 'in the light' is absolutely fantastic! The reason why is purely because the eyeshadow colours are so pigmented and intense for an easy application. I love the shades they chose for this palette, there is such a diverse range of neutral shades, ranging from shimmer to matte finishes. For a while I've been wanting to try one of they're highlighting sticks as i've heard so much hype about them. I picked up one in the shade 'Copacabana', and so far I've enjoyed the finish it has left on my skin. It's a bit too shimmering for a natural look, but it works well for a dramatic night one. the product lasts quite a while on the skin, but does tend to need reapplying after a couple of hours. The skin's texture becomes a lot smoother and almost lustrous, with a strong noticeability on the illuminating effect the balm contains. I wouldn't say that it has a HD effect, but it does allow the makeup to sit better on the skin.<br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; An up coming trend for swimwear in oz is the 50's style flashback mixed in with some awesome floral prints. 70's flare leopard print is back and is going to look hot on the beach! Earthy tones combined with a pop of bright colour will have you set for the summer ahead. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Don't forget to fake tan before heading out and to always apply plenty of sunscreen! If you want gorgeous shiny, smooth locks then this is the product for you! I use this cream on freshly washed hair, I apply a bit on the ends and blow dry it straight. After my hair is dry, I lightly add some more product on my hair to give it a nice silky affect.<br /><br />The Volume Powder by schwarzkopf works wonders for creating large voluminous pageant style hair. Now I have been using this foundation since I was sixteen years  old, and at nineteen it still works wonders for me! The consistency is very creamy and almost feels like a moose. It's coverage is quite light, but can be build able. Overall it's great for young skin and preventing it from breaking out, but it also leaves a nice dewy finish.<br />Next makeup favourite of the month would have to be my trusty go to MAC eyeshadow colour in vanilla. I love this eyeshadow as not only can it be used on the lid as a base and highlighter, but it can also double up as an overall face highlighter.<br />I'm currently obsessed with BOURJOIS blush at the moment. I love it because it's fragrance free and extremely gentle on the skin. It doesn't lather and get in you eyes, but its effective enough to remove the day's makeup away!<br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; color: black;">I've been recently getting back into using Neutrogena's oil free moisturiser for sensitive skin. I used this product when I younger and it didn't do to much for my skin back then. However now the formula works well with my skin type. It has a lightweight consistency and works well as a base product for makeup, most importantly there is no fragrance so it won't lead to any breakouts.</span><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; color: black;">Last but no least is my trusty CLINIQUE 'even better eyes' under eye circle corrector. After using this product for a couple of weeks I noticed a difference on my under eye circles, realising they had become brighter and more even toned. I love applying this product before I apply my moisturiser to allow it to really sink in!</span><br /><br /><div><br /></div>
